Get a head start on volunteering at the school by completing the Criminal Background Check form required for all volunteers the work with students.

Academic

This volunteer group is dedicated to supporting classroom assistance, field trip transportation organization, project nights, and classroom material needs. If you are interested in joining the Trillium Academic Group.

Communication

This volunteer group focuses on making sure information is traveling between all of the many people that need to know about it. This group works on making sure the email groups make sense, that everyone knows about upcoming events, updates to blogs and the website happen on time, and that we’re all on the same collective page in this epic journey that is Trillium!

Administrative

This volunteer group works with the administration to ensure that its needs are being met. Sometimes this means working the phone, substituting at the front desk, or doing data entry. It also means ensuring that the welcome packets go out to new families and organizes our Welcome Fair.

Building Maintenance

This volunteer group is supports the maintenance, physical space beautification, and overall needs of the building itself.

Fundraising

This volunteer group is all about bring much needed operating funds into the school – where bounty meets hustle. If you have skills in the area of development we really need you. This group works on everything from brainstorming yearly fundraising events, to grant writing.

Celebrations and Community Events

This volunteer group collaborates with all groups on making sure that our community events are well organized and full of love and fun. This group works on developing the event calendar in coordination with the community needs, organizes the volunteer presence needed to pull them off, and acts as the hub of of a culture of gratitude that Trillium fosters.

Community Food Offerings

This volunteer group is responsible for the Trillium kitchen. It supports Trillium’s lunch program as well as sponsoring food centered fundraising events and hosted meal nights.
